Manga has bunch of NaruSaku moments as well as it has SasuSaku moments. Kishi hasn't decided to whom will end up with whom until much later.

the rest are just their opinions like 'sasuke being in love with her since the beginning', 'forehead poke is a proposal' and etc.
also this interview is confirmed to be true as it released on the issue of DaVinci magazine in japan

This interview looks more to a conversation btw staff members and based on their opinion.
I think when the manga is out on market, it is the final word. Adding more from external source is just to milk more money and meaningless to the main story. It should either remain mystery or reveal in the manga panel.
