from what they are saying is their knowledge of what they have been told from kishi

Really? Karin is the usual side character who has a weird obsession over the main character that is never taken seriously . Sasuke and sakura were obvious to me (maybe because i focused on the pairings thing)

Well, to be fair, that's not really a thing to poke fun at the NH fandom. Kishimoto married in 2003, which was roughly around the Sasuke Retrieval Arc, which was still in Part 1. Kishimoto changed his mind pretty quickly, so NH isn't a last-minute whim on his part.

I like how Shaz is probably quivering on his chair right now, though. Lol

In one interview he said he decided on it when they entered their teens which is beginning of Part 2

There's no scan talking about Kishimoto putting together Naruto and Hinata yet. That's only from people on 2ch. We don't know if that's paraphrase or direct quote yet. It won't be confirmed until there's actual scans. The only one we have that confirms anything Kishi said is what I pointed out above.

Everything else is just VA opinions.

1-Naruto and hinata being together were decided from early stages is correct

,However Naruto and hinata having a family (kids) wasn't .it was decided after kishi got married and had a family .(which is still a long time ago)

2-this is early design before the manga started there is alot of it one for anko and one for zabuza et.. . They doesn't mean its the first character created or anything of that sort .

Kishimoto said in his book "first character i made was naruto and/then sasuke then sakura" as you can see the main characters were created first . Hinata isn't created before sasuke and sakura. An early design sketch doesn't make her the first character to be created.

There are 2 separate interviews one saying he planned it in Part 2,other saying before Part 1


He probably changed his mind.I will wait until OD puts out the translation for the NH part but if that's what Kishi really did tell them the guy clearly changes his mind every other day .
