It's a shame that this Naruto fandom become the most controversial in Naruto. I just hate the fact that Kishi had to rushed in and quickly wrapped up leaving so much loose ending. So for that reason, Kishi does not only get the blame due to bad writing leaving lots of plotholes and more questions to the table but also in the nutshell, some fans ( Specifically the one whos wants to end so badly) is at their fault.

The best possible scenario to solve this issues is for Kishi to take hiatus but the fact that he's so tired of writing more naruto shows he doesn't care

I really enjoyed 698 and 699 too. You can't please everyone. A sign of a good book is usually leaving people with a feeling of wanting more or for the story to continue. Even though this was a series and not a book, I would say Kishi has done that. I guess he accomplished his goals for Naruto and wanted to finish it. I wish more of the loose ends got tied up, but I enjoyed the ride so I won't complain.

After 15 years he deserves a honeymoon and some time with his family. In the mean time we can look forward to the movie and maybe even more than one. I know I'm looking forward to it. It might tie up some of the loose ends.

Naruto (manga) fans in a nutshell:

During the manga:
"OMG NARDO SO BAD KISHI SHOULD JUST END IT."

When Kishi ends the manga:
"OMG KISHI DOESN'T CARE HE RUSHED IT."

When Kishi extends the manga:
"OMG ALL HE WANTS IS MONEY HE SHOULD HAVE ENDED IT."

There is a difference between ending it and explaining things that raised more questions and ending it from the supposed FV, to the Deus ex machina retcon ending that "FV" and bringing in another completely unexplained and un-established FV to wrap up majority of the loose ends in 10 chapters and the end of the manga several chapters after that.

Yep! That also probably explains the pairings as well! He rushed everything! That's what happens when author gets tired of his story. Sad, but true!

I see what Sasuke is doing than. While Naruto protects the leaf while being Hokage. Sasuke will be the one to travel around the world to prevent enemies like Kaguya from appearing.

So one protects the inside while the other the outside. This is a brilliant way to bring peace.

Kishi decided to stop at chapter 700 because it is a complete number. He should have kept going.

Because, correct me if I'm wrong, in one of his interviews he said that even he didn't know how to kill Madara. That was a way to get rid of Madara.

After you have invested a decade worth of your time every week into the franchise even if its a shadow of its former self you tend to take your time out to read it just to see the ending.It takes like 5 minutes of your time.Personally half of the War Arc and that Kaguya fight were where the manga was at its lowest because the latter got rushed and the Naruto Sasuke fight got rushed double time

So, basically he just rushed the ending of a series that he didn't feel like dealing with anymore, that could have had much more potential, and could have explained much more things, all in place of a third mini series comprising of some third rate generation kids that looks boring as hell?

Such bullshit. If Kishimoto got so tired of writing the rest of the series than why waste time making a mini series? That energy could have been used to better develop the ending and expand on the Naruto and Sasuke fight while answering tons of questions that are still not answered.
