I made a quick summary of Pein here, not necessary to read though...
NEW Info on Pein/Akatsuki & Naruto/Kyuubi
2 things worth paying attention to about Pein.
#1 Shippuden Episode 80, 7mins10sec
It has been unclear how Pein keeps a telepathic link between himself and the Akatsuki. Some people have said it was the rings they wear.
This show Hidan all of a sudden get a telepathic message from Pein. He looks up at the sky, and sees a flock of white birds over head. The scene then cuts similar birds above Pein's body of Yahiko when sitting atop a tower in his village.
We know that one of his bodies is able to control animals summons, and that the eyes of the animals turn into the rinnengan. I think that Pein's ability to transfer his rinnengan eyes into the animal, creates for a "communication" system to people that he has some sort of "installed" link with already..
I believe that Zetzu is used to keep tabs on what each of the Akatsuki are doing, in order to coordinate movements and orders with Pein and Madara, by letting Pein know where to send the birds ect...
This would have GREAT implications, because if you go back throughout the anime... these birds have been shown flying away from big battles we see the Konoha ninja fight... Including the Kakuzo fight. This is my big theory

The important thing to notice, are the Reasons why each of the Akatsuki fight... Notice that Tobi/Madara is NOT present here. Why can't predict yet.
1. Hidan is Religion
2. Itachi is Ideals
3. Kakuzo is Resources
4. Zetzu is Land (What land!?!? And Island somewhere??)
5. Kisame is Grudges (Against who? The other Swordsman of the Mist?)
6. Konan is Love (who does she love? Nagato? Because she left Pein to go back to him? And killed Jiraiya, because she will remain loyal to whatever is left of Nagato and Yahiko????)
7. Deidra is "Just Because"
Pein says that each of their reasons to fight, don't matter. He even said that his own reasons don't matter. What I think he is getting at. Is that due to his "incorportation" of his multiple bodys' own individuality, he has multiple reasons to fight, and also not to fight. But for the greater good, he does what is necessary. Some of his bodies are from the Rain Village, whom love the rain presumably. Yet he uses a mass genjutsu on his villagers to make it seem like it doesn't rain, because Yahiko didn't like all the rain. Nagato has a strong love for Jiraiya, and was sad to see him leave. Yet Pein killed Jiraiya, because he is using the bodies of multiple shinobi that Jiraiya fought in the past, and the majority of the bodies wanted to see him die. If you are a StarTrek fan, Pein is like the Borg collective... lol.
Now for Naruto...
About Naruto's Blue Kyuubi Eyes... We all know about this during the Kakuzo fight...

Naruto is holding the rasenshurrikan up in the air, with his Blue Kyuubi Eyes.
However!!! This was NOT the first time we saw this... contrary to what I believed...

Right as Naruto is crawling to Gara, he says "I won't let you hurt my important people... I'll stop you even if I have to kill you"
Look at Naruto's Eye zoomed in... it is a Blue Kyuubi Eye... NOT Red!!!
I presumed that after the strenuous Kakashi training method, and greatly increasing his own chakra capacity and strength, Naruto was able to hold back the Kyuubi enough to gain control of its powers. The Kyuubi cloak would give him Red eyes, and cause damage to his body.
After seeing his... it is no longer the case... There is ANOTHER reason for why Naruto is able to dominate the Kyuubi THAT MUCH... even as a child... Anyone have any guesses??
