The character in the pink is Gildo Tesoro.
Oda specified the color of his suit as pink in the rough sketch. He also says the flower on his left chest is a pale pink rose.

He is responsible for the largest entertainment city in the world. The city is also a “ship” where Straw hats are heading for.

The main guy kind of has a head like Franky. The big guy in the bandana reminds me a bit of Franky too. The character designs look good, should be interesting.
