hmm i can help you w/ facebook or youtube video uploads
but im sure they're the same as myspace (iono)

anyhow first you'd want it in the format that the site wwants it .avi file maybe?

second after the formating has been dont it should allow you to browse through your computer to find the file (just like uploading pictures)

then it has to go through a process of being checked? by the site

they'll scan it (on youtube it takes 1-5 mins) then after that its uploaded ^^
