One idea for Naruto is he creates a rasengan, then puts his other hand on it and makes it smaller compressing it between his 2 hands, it gets bigger and smaller and bigger and smaller each time getting more compressed until the force of the spiraling chakra starting kicking up the earth around him. He then thrusts his arms forward like a kamehameha sort of sending it blasting forward with all the concentrated force it accumulated, ripping up everything near it and in front of it as it passes by at faster than sound speeds. Hitting an enemy ninja would violently tear them to pieces sending bloody chunks flying in all directions. After traveling a certain distance or coming into contact with something dense enough to counter its force the spinning will lose momentum and it will create a giant explosion. I call it the compression rasengan bullet.
Another could be the rasenshuriken disc, where Naruto makes his rasenshuriken spin faster and faster until the momentum causes the mass in the center to collapse and become part of the spiraling part, the middle becoming a hole so it looks like a perfectly flat donut. It functions the same way the cutting discs in DBZ work, it sacrifices explosive damage for increased cutting ability.
I also think it would be cool if Naruto increased his genjutsu abilities, using a newly developed genjutsu called Uzumaki genjutsu, affecting the chakra flow to the eyes. Naruto uses his wind natured chakra to twist the air in the direction of the eyes, allowing his chakra to make contact with their face, which then messes with their optical nerves causing the world to spin in all directions and messes up their sense. Naruto uses this disorientation method to incapacitate low level threats.
