So for Rasen-Shurrikan... this is how it will work... NO JOKE!
As of today, we see how Naruto has improved on Form Manipulation in the rasengan.
1. In the past... it worked like this...
Naruto held out 1 hand, and built up his chakra in that hand... he then used a shadow clone to mold the chakra into the rasengan. The clone's movements look like a sort of "squating up and down, while waving his hands in circles" motion... Remember? lol
2. Rasen-shurrikan at 50%
Naruto held out 1 hand, 1 clone did the form manipulation "dance movement" lol... while the other clone held both of its hands steady to infuse wind chakra...
3. VS. Pein...
Naruto held out both hands, the clones molded the rasengan... but then Naruto passed the rasengan over to each of them! This was the first time he ever did that... ALSO, the clones weren't waving their arms in circles to form the rasengan... think about it... ALSO, there wasn't any chakra leakage coming from it while running... like there was in the past...
4. Rasenshurrikan....
When fighting Kakuzo... there was a vortex abouve the rasen-shurrkan. This was from Naruto's chakra leaking out through the top as he was holding it up in the air... This is why it had to be used right away, and why it dissipated in his first attempt at killing Kakuzo...
I believe that Naruto completes the technique, by using a clone to HOLD IN IN TOP part.... Two Narutos pushing the rasen shurrkan from both sides to flatten it vertically... thus the instability on the top will be gone... Then two of them throw the perfected rasen-shurrikan together at the same time...
Go get a paper plate, or a frisbee, and throw overhand, instead from your side...
Notice how the plate flips on its side, and follows a wobbly path going back and forth?
Just like the image of Naruto on the mountain, with the mountains cut in half... the cuts are at all different angles...
Its like learning how to throw playing cards... at first they go all over the place... but once you get the technique down, you are more accurate, and can throw it further and harder...

Shadow Mimic Clone Jutsu!
The concept is around the technique Jiraiya used to hide himself in the shadow another ninja... like he did when Konon found him before fighting Pein.
Naruto would take this to another level. There would be 2 shadow clones, 1 would use Shadow Mimic Jutsu onto the other Shadow Clone.
The benefit to using this, is that 200 Shadow Clones would appear only to be 100. AND! If two clones are stuck together, Naruto could make rasengan easier...
