New Heroes and Villians vs. Old School.

Heroes these days (not really naruto) are more complex characters with feelings and what not. Villians (tobi and nagato) seem to want peace, but in a scenario where the ends don't outweigh the means.

Old school heroes like superman just fought evil because of a strong sense of justice. Villians just wanted to take over/destroy the world.

Do you prefer the new school feelings, or the basic plots of the old school?

hmmm good question.... well i do like some actual thought put into an evil plan, that has more meaning than just simply wanting to take over, but sometimes it's good to get the old school kind of villian, eh 50/50

New school forsure. But, I hate how all the antagonists in Naruto have a f***** up way of wanting peace

i like the new school because i like that you can see the villains past and see what motivated him to become evil like nagato but sometimes i enjoy watching villains just be crazy and kill for fun like joker

I prefer new school villains. I find that the old school evil douchy attitude is overused. new school villains at least have some sort of meaning for the shit they do rather then old school villains who do bad for shits and giggles.

Old school all day.

New school villains are lame as hell.

Someone who kills for the sake of killing is someone worth fighting. Where as someone fighting for what they believe in comes down weather the GROUP feels the end out weighs the means. Or it comes down too if that person can take everyone else who is against them out.

Old school was "Do what I say or die." Now that is a way to be bad ass.

✩ VS Threads ✩​

As requested by many, a section specifically for VS threads has been made, so post them here and not anymore in the Manga section, Naruto Discussion section or any other NB section as those threads have popped up all around NB.​

Rules:

• Follow the Global Rules, so no spamming/flaming etc.
• Only post VS threads about Naruto characters/attacks/clans etc., do not post threads like Grimmjow vs Goku. This is after all a Naruto section.
• Do not post VS threads between Naruto characters and non-Naruto characters like Naruto vs Ichigo. You can't compare them with each other like that, they're from two different manga's and it nearly always results in spam and flame threads.
• The threads still need to maintain a certain lvl of seriousness, seriously no Tenten vs Tonton threads anymore -.-
• Use the search button to find whether the fight you want to discuss already exists or not. In the case it does exist check when the last post was made as a thread that hasn't been active for a month is considered dead and it's against the rules to revive old threads. In that case you can make the thread again.
