I wouldn't be either of them. I'm a girl and I'd rather not change genders~ But if I had to, I'd go with Kakashi. I'd go to the bathroom, take off the mask and finally see what he - er, I? - is - am? - hiding! (I'd go with Itachi, usually, but... To be him? I couldn't handle the guilt he must feel inside..)
