I consider 699 the end of the series and 700 as an epilogue. Boruto was a nice ending, but 699 was perfect. Seeing Sasuke being given back his headband was perfect. Kishi could have just shown Naruto being sworn in as Hokage and Sasuke watching from the distance or as an adviser

I have zero intrest in this new generation. Nothing remotely close to what I had for part 1 rookies.

If they want to milk the $cow$ why don't they just made a movie about Madara or Indra? The uzumaki clan? Kakashi's dad? Kaguya?

The fact that this is on an American site, in addition to the fact that it simply says "New Generation" and shows the outlines of the characters from the original Japanese movie poster, leads me to believe that this has to do with the BORUTO movie and nothing more. What do you think?

Upon further investigation it is on the actual Japanese site, so it may have to do with the release of the movie on dvd/bluray.
