I'd say NO... its not racist ... only because (and yes btw i have seen this ep of tosh.0) he isn't discriminating against anyone race or ethnic group... he is just a bigot... and an idiot!

I say no. Because it's not against any specific race. There could be a white person that doesn't speak english, but he/she'd still be expected to learn it.

Doesn't matter your race. If you wanna live in the US you should learn to speak our language. That doesn't mean you can't speak your native language, you should just learn ours as well.

It's the same as if someone from the US moved to Italy, or France, or Japan, or Russia, or any other place. We'd be expected to learn their language to fit into their culture and society. Same thing.

WTF is he's problem with driver licenses? Why can't it be in 12 different languages? If he really wants to make common sense, then people who knows English in America tends to make more money then the ones who doesn't know English(Legally).
I like his "We speak english. If you wanna live here, learn it. Were going to give it in only English."<--Dayum such a badass.
My question is: What do we, as citizens of Alabama get from this? He's only trying to achieve his only patheric, selfish, racist goals.

I would say that there should definitely be only one language in one country, but as I don't live in USA I might be not the one to talk..

When he says that there are 12 languages. He is probably most concerned with Spanish. I don't see a French guy coming to Alabama to get his drivers license.
