She is a young medic and most likely she learned all of it by her self. We havent seen Minato in medic...
On other hand sukura has a legendary medic to teach her and she is said to be good in chakra control, but where is her vast knowlegde in ninjutsu ??? Sorry i only see her punch on the ground and the end...
