Actually we are not really sure if Madara transplant Rinnegan to him,because as he said ,the Rinnegan transpant has a lot of risks,and especially with Gedo Mazou Summoning that its even more risky,thats why he wanted to to transpanted to another one and not himself...
Anyway,if he has transpant it it will probably look like juubi's
