New Dragonball Movie Announced For 2018

The Jump Festa 2018 started this morning in Japan, and as we suspected, a new movie Dragon Ball has indeed been announced by Toei Animation ! The story and characters will be written by Akira Toriyama , the author of Dragon Ball. It will not be a film in the continuity of Dragon Ball Super , but a film dealing with a story "in its own right". It will revolve around the origin of the Saiyans , and the movie will imply so many Saiyans implicitly - even more than usual, obviously. Moreover, the catchphrase is: " The most powerful warrior race in the Universe::bouncy::ilu:

Well from what we’ve got in terms of their origin is that their 1st super saiyan was a Great ape that self destructed and a super saiyan god with a monkey tail that became so powerful but could only maintain it for a short amount of time before getting defeated. Oh also I might add the legendary super saiyan story.

How are they possibly going to create a strongest warrior story from the saiyan when many of them were fodders?
