[Theory] New Dojutsu

All of Sasukes major power ups comes from Itachi or is something that's has already been seen:

susanoo
amaterasu
tsukyomi
eternal mangekyo sharigan

Sorry my friend , but the only thing he got from Itachi is the EMS , the Susanoo, Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu is from his MS.
The Amaterasu that Itachi sealed in him is a quantity that triggered when Sasuke saw Obito's Sharingan , and the proof that Sasuke's eye took the shape of Itachi's MS , and if Sasuke's Amaterasu was Itachi's ,then Sasuke's eye would have took the shape of Itachi's MS every time he uses the Amaterasu , and it would trigger every time he sees Obito which isn't the case.

Good theory. But how do you explain Itachi? Why didn't he get the new Dojutsu?

Good theory, though like people said before what about Itachi? As he had the hate to awaken the MS but he was always good so why didn't he unlock it? But I guess we'll see soon.

Itachi didn't have EMS.

Actually, I think it should be common sense about the Sharingan has the potential to use all these powers, expect maybe Kamui due to Senju add-on. Susanoo had been used by three Uchihas, Amaterasu was used by two Uchihas, Tsukuyomi was used by three Uchihas (possibly) because its visual design is inverted (black and white) and the same paralyzed reaction from victims, then knocked down.
