The man with the power would be named Misutomaru
A devil fruit that I want to see is complete control over moisture. Not like Crocidile, where he can dry someone out with sand, I mean a Logia Type that has free control over the moisture around him (Depending on how adept he is, their field of use would expand, similar to Trafalgar Law's "Room" technique). The way I imagine him is kind of a Smoker Zabuza mix (Not looks, like uses of abilities). For instance, since humans are mostly water, he would be able to manipulate himself as mist in a similar way that Smoker does, but he would use said manipulation in a silent-killing way. Like blinding someone (or an unsuspecting ship) and assassinating them, either be use of blade or by drying them out.
I also thought alot about his weapons. I imagine him having dual daggers made of sea stone. There are two reasons for the sea stone.
1. To counter other logia types/ just general devil fruit users.
2. Because this way he could manipulate their size and shape.
He would use Nitoryu (Two-sword style) with confrontation, he would extend his blades and use them as a swordsman, as opposed to an assassin. Then, once the fight is over, he could shorten them back to their original size.
As for looks, I imagine him with a type of hooded robe, where when he begins to fight seriously, he puts on the hood (Similar to the way Zoro uses the bandana). The robe would look similar, yet distinctly different for Zoro's. Probably being sky blue with streaks of white.
His personality would need to be similar to Robin's in the fact that he would be mysterious like Robin, but not Anti-social. He would be a bit of a heavy drinker (Not like Zoro) and easy to be around.
