That is the translation from google. Anyway I hope Kishi made a new one, it will be in Japanese but hopefully it gets translated like number 3.

To be honest I don't think there's going to be one. It's like how power levels used to be recorded in DBZ until everyone's abilities went off the charts. There have just been too many powerups now so there's no way of putting a number to it.

The Naruto databooks didn't keep track of powerlevels, it was an additional source of information. It contains additional background information (which is where we learned Kakuzu's and Hidan's bios), it also revealed names of jutsus that were unnamed in the manga (like War of Words Decapitation), names of characters (like 3rd Hokage's first name), and provided additional information about them tons of things in general... some of which was stupid, but other stuff interesting.

Now whether this is a databook or a fanbook, I at least hope it reveals the names of all of these Kages.
