i noticed, the battles in the battle arena are too perfect you can always use the moves you want with complete sucsess which is unrealistic.

so my idea is have something like a dice your roll (like a 20 sided dice) and certain rank jutsu's require a lesser number to pull off like if you want a D-rank jutsu you would need say a 5, for forbidden like a 20. if you do not roll sufficent numbers the jutsus fail.

a thrid netural person will be there to moderate the match

for example:
person 1: i use a generic jutsu
moderator(no not a real mod): you got a 1 so the jutsu fails and trip and land on your face
person 2: while they are on the groundill attempt an S rank jutsu
moderator: you got a 20 so you win :D

say someone with 10 post learns a S- rank jutsu, if they try to use it they will fail becuase S ranks need a roll of 20 which is impossible to do with a -13 bonus on all rolls

i don't really like that... it turns from a thinking game to almost completely by chance and luck...

Agreed, shinobi rely on skill and intelligence to win battles

it can but IMO that would be more interesting then having everything
to go accourding to plan, as which we know never happens

Also it's just going to increase the spam factor on NB. If one wants to have B ranks jutsu used they practically have to be a legendary ninja to have a chance at using them.... this throws off the power dynamic of the site(imo)
