Children having Jinchuuriki characteristics such as whiskers derive from either parents holding a tailed beast. When Naruto puts his marshmallow in Hinatas lucky charms and gives her the calcium then that obvi must mean that some of Kuramas influence seeped into his fluid and into Hinata... They are 1 after all.
