I think a lot of SH's will go unnoticed.
God Usopp has drawn a lot of attention towards him with the whole Doflamingo targeting him with five stars. they might continue the running gag with him as sogeking also getting a huge bounty.
Sanji, Nami, Brook and Chopper were disguised on the island and on the boat off shore for the other part. I think they won't get a raise, which will infuriate Chopper again and Sanji will still have his stupid picture.
If Franky manages to blow up the factory he will have a big bounty.
Zoro and Luffy most likely drawn plenty of attention towards the end of the arc.
I think the range of new bounties will be 100-300 Million. Luffy already has confirmed a 400 million bounty but I don't expect that much of a raise. Oda said it's hard to get an increase once you pass the 500 Millon. That also makes sense, why should you keep upping the bounty when you're out of the league of most bounty hunters.
Zoro might be around the 300's middle trio 150-200 and the rest keep the same or around 100.
Oda always carefully build up the bounties. I don't expect them to skyrocket. It's already a big deal to pass 100 million. I don't think everybody in the crew will have rookie status (even if they might be at that level from 2 years ago).
It will be a big thing for the supernova as a good measuring stick of how they did for themselves after 2 years of new world.
