Lol nah he ain’t had enough L’s to swell that big. It’s something I’ve noticed that he does with mainly boruto. Like tentou had a big head too iirc but he has a habit of doing it to boruto the most. The rest of him looks fine, cause their pretty young kids, but that head man, I think ike might just try too hard with him as opposed to the rest?

I think Boruto's head looks flat because he's facing down while trying to show the headband? Idk.

His proportions are weird. I never hated the way he drew Boruto tho, I actually like his version. I would do without the belts and small ass jacket. I like that his stem is gone

Why did he have to change it. Dude kept Boruto's and Mitsuki's original design, but he had to change Sarada's.
