From what I noticed, usually the second previews indicate the last page or so. It's possible that something might have happened to Konohamaru, and they need to put a search team.

Though I have a good feeling Kawaki will appear in this Chapter, or at least in this Arc. He's definitely the "vessel" Kara were transporting, it wouldn't make sense for him not to.
