Victorique is a small (5'0"), almost doll-like girl with long blonde hair and emerald eyes. However, she possesses a voice and articulation in speaking that makes her sound like a matured woman, and typical tsundere. Despite being a student in the Konoha Academy, she usually wears a black Victorian dress which is full of lace and frills.
Another important part of Victorique's appearance is that she sometimes appears to be smoking a white ceramic pipe that she uses when thinking (a la Sherlock Holmes).

Personality:
Along with her sharp tongue, abusive bluntness and eccentric attitude, she possesses amazing detective skills, which she usually describes as "reconstructing the fragments of chaos using (her) wellspring of wisdom". This, however, does not discount the fact that she can also possess a personality of a typical girl of her age: childish, overly curious and fond of sweets.

Background Info
History:
Victorique was raised in the ourskirts of Konoha in a place which her family had a big mansion. Her father being a very strict man didn't allow her to become friends with other people and so she's been living her childhood without anyone beside her family. Her father also wants to take advantage of her by giving her much knowledge from childhood and so she's been exposed to reading materials ever since she was very young. That is so the father would us her intelligence for "storms" (War).
Victorique's mother is rather calm and she also has a brother who sometimes care for her but some other times despite and ignore her existence.
When she turned 13, Victorique was sent by her father to the academy of Konoha in order to make her more useful for himself. However, the young girl found it as an opportunity to become a great shinobi for her own benefit and see the outsider world by herself.
Now she has passed the academy with a brilliant score and is now looking forward to get started with some more serious training.
