Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, YuYu Hakusho, Katekyo Hitman Reborn (gets really good after ~20), and last but most certainly not least Hunter x Hunter (I actually recommend this second if you're looking for a long running series)

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is the most action packed of the ones I've named, but is pretty short only like 27 eps + 2 movies which are recaps of the 27 eps lol.
