Hagrid agreesIt's just another way of greeting people that are close to you. I call my dad's close friend "uncle". He's not really my uncle, but he always hangs out with us. His family and our family have a good relationship. By calling him "uncle", it shows that we include him in our family.
Ino is calling her parents "Auntie" and "Uncle" can be taken as a form of respect, or she's just close to them and calls them that. It's like calling your best friend your "brother" or "sister".
