Keji sees Natsu approach "Mind helping me hone my skills? You get first move by the way." Keji smiles and readies himself.

Natsu walking towards Keji heard him offer up a fight. To help hone his skills. Natsu stopped where he was at mid range away and took a fighting stance to prepare his body he looked up at Keji with an eager grin on his face.

Heh, if it's a fight you want then I won't hold back no matter what.

And with that Natsu began gathering his Katon chakra into his right fist, after gathering the required chakra he punched in the air, as he did this he released the Katon chakra out of his fist. This released a powerful stream of fire out of his hand at Keji.

Happy that Natsu accepted and makes a move Keji claps his hands together causing a water vortex to form around him and then cascade towards Natsu. Keji follows up by sending a wave of lightning through the cascading water hitting Natsu and soaking him and giving him a little shock. Keji draws his new blade "You guys ready."

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Natsu heard the crashing sounds of water ahead of his previous attack, he realised that his opponent must have easily countered his attack breaking off his attack Natsu saw what seemed like a water attack buffed with some form of electricity. Natsu channeled his Katon chakra into both of his feet but only released one blast of fire out of his right foot launching himself into the air. Natsu with chakra still in his left leg released a second blast that would launch him towards Keji.

As Natsu rises Keji speaks one word "Reach" the katana changes into duel sickles connected by a chain. Natsu fires another blast and in response Keji fires a water blast from his mouth, upon clashing with the fire it creates steam to slightly obscure Natsu's vision. Keji throws the scythe in his left hand at Natsu wrapping around his leg. Keji grabs the chain and surges a chidori through it electrocuting Natsu and paralyzing him.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
