Akatsuki members of only hidden leaf shinobi clans (Itachi, Sasuke and Orochimaru were already members you can't add them and Madara, First, Second, and Third Hokages are a no brainers so if can pick without them that would be cool but it your choice) give your reasons on your picks or don't and can have maximum of 2 members from the same clan

5- Hiashi Hyuga: Gentle Fist, Eight Trigrams- Palms Revolving Heaven, Sixty-Four Palms and Vacuum Palm
6- Neji Hyuga: Gentle Fist, Eight Trigrams- Palms Revolving Heaven, Sixty-Four Palms and Vacuum Palm
7- Shikaku Nara- Shadow- Imitation Technique , Sewing Technique and Neck Binding Technique also one hell of a battle strategist
8- Fu Yamanaka: Sensor, Mind Body Switch Technique and Mind Puppet Switch Cursed Seal Technique
9- Tsume Inuzuka: Passing Fang, Fang Passing Fang, Four Legs Technique and I pick her just to have at least 1 female member
