Sasuke's technique is quite better in 1 vs 1 since it doesn't require marks that doesn't make it faster . Since you are comparing 2 teleportation techniques I'm just saying they are equals . And btw you must give Sasuke some different moniker than flash , lighting etc . It will seems like it isjust a copy of Minato's Moniker with just diff color . Give him something original .
