New 52 comics

I'm trying to read New52 Justice league comics...

I'm reading it here,

Problem is there's T.P.B(?) thing and then 52 issues.

I started with these T.P.B.s and it is like a compilation of all 52 but there are some additional content in those separate issues like something from another running story.
Totally confused, need help..

Just read the Darkseid War. It's Justice League #40 through #50, and then continue with the DC Rebirth series.

***'s are trade paper backs and are as you said collections of arcs. If there is information relevant to that arc in a tie in story in another series it is collected in ***'s so you get all the story.

New 52 is after Infinite Crisis...

Yeah, T.P.B's are typically fine especially on something you want to catch up on. If you check here

under the new 52 collected heading it breaks down what issues are in each. It looks like there still needs to be one more though to finish out New 52. Also looks like issue 21 may be missing that may be a typo though.

And by that logic the only real continuity is Rebirth and whatever they decide to incorporate going forward. I know they started renumbering Detective Comics back in the 800's and Wally's back so maybe they're reincorporating all the old stories back in.
