By the way everyone have parents at some point be it if they never see them or not, but not everyone have that money from default. There is no "never" when it comes to existence of parents, unlike for kids aswell.

I am not speaking of the people in base who play favortism most of the time; i am speaking of actual people i observed and interacted and use common sense. I doubt base members asked themselves the question before and i doubt if they would be fully honest.
