I know im extra late, but i JUST finished watching the fight between Oro and the 3rd and i finally see why now people say the 3rd has that Jutsu. Up until now, all ive seen were manga scans provided by the members from this site, and i havent watched that episode for quite some time.

In the anime, he performs a Jutsu with the corresponding whistle sound that accompanies a successful jutsu, all while saying "I have to stop the 3rd one no matter what" as the 3rd coffin is rising. He does the jutsu, then it stops rising. then he says, "I stopped the 3rd one."

It's legit. Whether or not Minato's soul was intact during the summoning makes no difference because Hiruzen stopped the coffin from coming out anyways as indicated from the clasping symbols from his hands and his own admission of stopping the summoning.
