Depends on what you're looking for. I appreciate the no commercials of Netflix. Hulu has better anime selections. If you're interested in current shows then Hulu as Mugen said they update in line with new episode releases, however them following the OnDemand menu with those uploads sucks as some episodes from current seasons get removed(like episodes of Agents of Shield that I needed to watch)
