You can see some differences on the Stats, the tetrominos weren't three dimensional and I guess it didn't have some music but this is like a one of a kind cartridge, its an original one and its probably the only Prototype Tengen Tetris in the world...
It even says Licensed by Nintendo of America when Nintendo didn't even have the rights to tetris... Elorg had the rights at that time.
Tengen did not have the rights to Tetris back then at that time and they just made Tengen Tetris and in the prototype they coded Licensed by NOA, which is in my book Copyright Infringement.
