Nerfed Villains

Anybody hates that kishi nerfs everything.

Obito not being able to use Kamui with the juubi, missing both his Sharigan, spitting out the Shinju which would have made him unstoppable, Sword of creation being stopped by his feelings.

If kishi wanted him to lose why didn't he just upgrade Naruto and Sasuke lke he did when they rekt Madara.
