Nerfed Toneri can apparently destroy the planet

Toneri is a fairly weak villain, IMO. Sasuke + Naruto with Sage chakra were able to destroy something the size of a planet as well, they just didn't want to. Current Sasuke + Naruto are probably on Toneri's level. If they'd both fought him at the same time going all out, Toneri would have gotten utterly wrecked.

Most of the time Naruto had to hold back because he had a hostage. In Manga cannon, I'd say Madara was stronger than him along with final form Kaguya. Toneri is not top 5. He is not top 10.

I just heard that, also if Toneri aborbed shit load of byakugans then he would be around Tenseigan Toneri level.

Anyway It is impressive for Toneri to be planet buster... powered up or no.

It also put JJ Madara as potential planet buster as well, of course if he can use Juubidama.

JJ Hagoromo would be casual planet buster

Prime Kaguya(the one after consuming fruit) would be multi-planets buster

EDIT: Tenseigan chakra mode Toneri/JJ Madara = Raditz confirmed.

JJ Hagoromo = Saiyan Saga Base goku confirmed

Prime Kaguya = Namek saga Base goku confirmed

I wouldn't assume that, especially if the Zetsus were created to combat tenseigan. That would probably make full-power Toneri at least as powerful as Hagoromo if not stronger.



Anyway, they're stronger than Raditz. They're on par with Saiyan Arch Vegeta, as he's the first one in the DBZ series to have planet-busting potential.

Toneri used alot of chakra into that moon slicing attack therefore his attacks would be weaker afterwards. We might as well say the canon the hidden cloud was using to destroy the meteors is a moon buster since Ay said it can destroy the moon.

He used naruto's chakra to make that moon slicing feat so unless toneri can somehow infinitely make more of naruto's chakra i doubt he could keep dashing out high level attacks like that without losing tons of narutos chakra.
Please tell me how can a canon get from destroying some meteors to outright obliterating the moon in one go. :|
