S1: So Sasuke w/ a V4 Susanoo, BSM Naruto and Byakugo Sakura? Sasuke isn't even a factor once the Mokujin and Mokuryu come out. Hashirama w/ a Doton Wall and Jukai Kotan was getting ready to redirect 4 PS sized Bijuu Dama, so I'm going to go ahead and say that he can easily do the same to Naruto's Flash Bijuu Dama using Rashomon and Jukai Kotan. Outside of Flash BD, Mokujin easily subdues Naruto's Avatar w/ a combo of Mokuryu and Kakuan Nitten Suishu. Sasuke and Sakura get taken apart by a few of Hashirama's clones utilizing techniques like Jukai Kotan, Kajukai Korin and another Mokuryu if necessary.

S2: If Hashirama has Sage Mode then he wins no matter what. Mid-high difficulty. Sakura again, is a non factor. Naruto and Sasuke can use Iso Susanoo here to form PS Kyuubi, but Myojinmon would just pin the Avatar any time it tried to use BD. The only way they get free of these bindings is if they undo the Avatar, and when that happens they get crushed.

S3: If all parties are at the level they were the moment IT was cast, then Madara would solo.
