Sensei I was going to give you a very basic and vanilla answer. However, I really do not know the difference except for the way on casting it. Eye contact is needed as far as i know in casting it. However other than that I really don't know the difference. Please enlighten me

As I stand here, while waiting on Nemo sensei to do something. Out of no where there is a shadow casted and that I can see it growing bigger as time goes by. I look up as I am curious to see what is happening, albeit to my suprise there is a gigantic fireball coming from above. Soon and with swift anology I deduct that this is not a normal fireball. First my sharingan does not show the chakra signature of my sensei. It is just a random fireball that appears out of no where. Nor did i see nemo sensei do anything as in releasing chakra into the air. No hand seals performed and that it happened almost instantly. Knowing that nothing really happends instantly unless space/time and that she didn't perform or do anything I make an educated guess swiftly, it's genjutsu. Instead of dispelling it like a boss that I am. I reverse my chakra flow and then re-release it into nemo sensei's brain as we make eye contact. Redistributing the same illusion into her brain.
Strong points of the technique: Any B rank and below genjutsu can be used to reverse it back to the caster. Long as there is sound logic behind how we depict that it's a genjutsu this can happen. As per our rp rules, we do not have to use Kai and waste it's valuable per battle limit on a B rank genjutsu. Putting someone under genjutsu and reversing it and casting the same genjutsu on the opponent with using only one jutsu slot per turn is a plus.
Weak points of the technique: If i were the initial person casting the genjutsu, it would be easy to see that it has been reversed. Since I would think that it can only reverse the exact same way that i casted it. For example if i wanted the opponent only see a fire ball come from above. The opponent wouldn't be able to make it differently. ultimatly it's my illusion that I am seeing on myself. The calculation that it has been reversed would be almost instant. B rank and below technique, while in narutoverse it may be useful, within our RP. Not many would use B rank or below genjutsu. Though when the situation arise, it's very useful.
Question: Reversing the genjutsu also gets yourself out of genjutsu?
Layering the genjutsu after reversing is possible? I would think so if the reversal also gets you out of it.
While I stare at Nemo sensei's clone, I get excited xd <--------- yay!!! excitement!
Anywho, we make eye contact and she gets shy due to my awesomeness. I initiate a conversation.
"Nemo clone, would you like to have some coffee with me???"
Before the clone answers, she falls asleep as while I ask her the question with both of eyes locked together, I have released my chakra into her brain through my eyes. Disrupting her chakra flow slowly, so that she falls asleep, however she can still see me within the illusion. I have just created a dream, where she still see's me after asking her a question. Asleep, she answers.........
Strong points of the technique: Takes some creativity on how to cast it i would think. Just like the example above, while using misdirection and casting this technique works best. Maybe on the first move of the battle as the opponent needs to counter. Creating a false reality or something subtle would make it seem more real than just standing in one spot not doing anything.
Weak points of the technique: Needs eye contact. Seems like most sharingan genjutsu you need eye contact to be able to cast it towards your opponent. Not really a bad thing within narutoverse. Though within our RP, as you might know, most battles start with "I come towards my opponent in mid range, knowing that he is a uchiha, I do not stare into the eyes, but towards their chest".Negating eye contact with a sharingan user.
Question: Sensei, any good ways or tricks that you know of, casting an illusion while having eye contact? Perhaps letting me know through other means?? MSN?

As our eyes lock, I place you under my genjutsu where you suddenly see six copies of myself surrounding you. Then without notice they all explode near you thinking that you are caught in the explosion. While in reality I have thrown kunai's at you with explosive tags attached to blow near you. O__O
Strong points of the technique: It's quick and easy to execute. Causes damage in a wide area, meaning an area of effect type jutsu.
Weak points of the technique: Against another dojutsu user, it would be seen through, blocking a kunai is easy even if it's six. In the explosion you might lose track of your opponent depending on the situation.
Questions: copies of me appear around user or they appear around me then they run towards user?

Well, since it isn't stated I think you can make something up yourself. If you want them to appear around the opponent you can do that, for running towards them idem ditto.

I lock my eyes with the beautiful sensei's eyes. Soon as this is achieved, I place a genjutsu on sensei by placing my chakra into her brain. Causing her to believe that her body is made of paper and burning at the sametime. Through the use of the sensation of burning, concentration is broken and the illusion itself makes it think that you are made of paper therefore not able to perform any handseals.
Strong points of this technique: Making the person not perform hand seals are awesome. Something that is needed to perform complex ninjutsu. It is a nice advantage for me to limit the jutsu that the opponent has access too.
Weak Points of this technique: Without being able to perform a hand seal, one could use nagashi to get out of it. No hand seals and full body chakra expolsion, also a defensive mechanism. Plus it's paper ~__~ can deduct that it's a genjutsu very easily.
Questions: None this is pretty straight forward
I look at your breasts this time, having a nice little peak. Out of no where I place you under my genjutsu once more. Within no time at all you see a torrent of crows and can see me a little bit, staring at your naked body xd xd
Strong points of this jutsu: Distraction of the crows, when visibility is lost, you can move freely anywhere to launch an attack from some where else.
Weak points of this jutsu: Without performing a hand seal to make crows appear would strike me as a way of deducting it's a genjutsu. The crows don't seem to really attack.
Question: Need clairification when it says they are at my mercy.

Well, the crows indeed do not attack but obscure the opponent's vision. Beside that the crows would restrict the opponent's movement as well because they would be flying around them closely and if you moved forward or backward you would be hit by crows which would not be ideal. Leaving them at your mercy means that you can do with them what you want. They would not see your attack coming and thus could not defend properly.

While sharingan active and our eyes lock, you immidiatly are placed in my genjutsu where black feathers could be seen and they penetrate your body. Causing immense pain in your mind as well as trapping you in place.
Strong points of this technique: Quick and easy except for looking into the eyes part. Immobolizes the target to have free rein on the following attack. Also a good way to interrupt them if they are in the middle of something.
Weak Points of this technique: Momentary genjutsu where it doesn't last long. I still think having to have eye contact is a weakness for me.

As I see Nemo sensei, I quickly point at her. The pointing jesture catches her eye and falling into my genjutsu almost at an instant. Suddenly birds appear and flock towards her and in the mean time the bird begin to form into a kunai creating a fast illusion in a short amount of time. THe kunai's peirce her body and cause pain within her brain as she feels like she is being stabbed to death. Then images of her friends are seen while being stabbed insulting her while in pain causing further traumatic experience.
Strong points of this technique: Fast reacting, need a clear mind to be able to deduct that this is a genjutsu.
Weak points of this technique: Someone who is familiar with genjutsu this is easy to deduct that is a genjutsu [for me anyways].

First I lock eyes with nemo sensei and place her under a genjutsu with my awesomeness! Immediatly following is a shadowy figure that is in front of her, staring into her eyes with the figures own sharingan. As the figure does that it grows and gets larger pretty quick, then trapping the sensei and grabbing all parts of her body with black threads keeping her paralyzed.
Advantages: Keeps the opponent not moving which creates and opening for a attack.
Disadvantages: Easy to deduct as a genjutsu as the surrounding area will turn pitch black. Which is at that moment that it needs breaking or else be parayzed.

I once again lock my eyes with Nemo sensei and place her under a genjutsu where she see's a leaf, spinning around in the dark. Almost as if it's hypnotizing her and temporarily binding her in place.
Advantages: Quick illusion that binds the opponent in place like the one above to freely attack the opponent.
Disadvantages: Like the one above, black surrounding gives away how it could be a genjutsu.

To move beyond the initial shock of it, i'd also use the random spinning leaf that is binding me. But yes, in a situation where there are no other jutsu used or tools to cause a pitch blackness. I'd deduct and make a hypothetical guess that it's a genjutsu

With 3T active I lock onto the eyes of sensei. Those big purdy eyes! I immediatle cast a genjutsu on you through my sharingan and turn the surroundings into pitch black darkness, all the while white swords appear and levatate around you, spinning as well and then i manipulate the swords to peirce your body one by one. Causing you pain within your brain and paralyzing you in the process.
Advantages: Another paralyzing gen that gives you an opening for another attack to finish the battle.
Disadvantages: Need a good set up move to make this realistic as possible so that they don't break it before being paralyzed.

Through the use of my sharingan i place a genjutsu on you once again. This time I errupt large spikes from the ground to immobolize you in place. Constricting your movements by pinning your body against the spikes as you see it happening within your own eyes.
Advantages: This jutsu is like a earth jutsu, probably more realistic if used in conjuction with a earth jutsu. Also since it's like and earth jutsu, it's not easy to depict that it's a genjutsu. However, within our RP in this situation, it's easy to use nagashi to break free from the genjutsu by accident in order to break the spikes thats coming from the ground.
Disadvantages: One could break the genjutsu by accident by using nagashi to counter the "earth" jutsu.
Questions: Does not understand how this is an A ranked technique...........
