Greetings. I am here to complete your Nekura training up to the clan ranking of Paladin.
To begin, I'd like to see what exactly you know, and how you view the clan's abilities. It'll be just a few questions for you to answer: don't worry if you don't know the answer, just do your best. Use as much detail as you can come up with. Questions are encouraged.
1) What is Keigoku? You may also include what it does here.
2) How does a Nekura use/make/get Keigoku ("use/make/get" are interchangeable here; it's one question, not three)?
3) What is the point, purpose, or rather importance of the Mark of the Demon? Why do we have it, is another way to phrase that.
4) There are a few abilities that the Nekura have naturally; they're passive. Please explain to me what they are, and if you think you can, how you believe them to work.
5) Is there anything else you know about the clan that you'd like to bring up right now (this is where you brag about how much you know about the Nekura <.< Go nuts)?
Now, I know you're almost done with techniques, but a CC is different from a normal clan in that all the information and "fact" about the clan exists in the clan app, and no where else. There is no manga reference, no anime episode and time to look at to see abilities... Everything is in that application, and detailed further by Emp, LoK, myself, and a few others who contributed to the finer definition of the clan. Because of this, I must be sure that you understand as much as you can about the clan so that abilities aren't misused; not that I think you'd misuse abilities, but because of the following scenario:
~The Sharingan is misused. Because the Sharingan is very popular and well-known, several members point out to the user of the Sharingan that what they did is wrong, the user apologizes, learns from their mistake, and everyone moves on with their day.
~Keigoku is misused. People begin to complain about how the clan is OP and haxx because this ability they saw a Nekura use is completely ridiculous. Mods are then asked before the clan leader (me) for some reason, and they give their opinion by the time I find out about what happened. I have to get involved, explain the situation, explain to the Nekura why what they did is wrong, apologize to the mods involved, promise I'll make sure the member, and the other members, fully understand our clan and that this won't happen again, etc. etc.
<.< Not saying this has happened before, but I can see it potentially happening. So let's avoid that with this set of questions to see how much you understand.

1.) Keigoku, can basically be described as the foul dark chakra of the Juubi that lingered on the Earth due to the Sages' negligence. This foul chakra looked for a host of sorts, and it found one in a man (I forgot his name, haven't read the submission in a while z.z). He was the first Nekura and the one who had the first Mark of the Demon. I think this is the part where the Keigoku went to the moon, awaiting it to be called back. So that's what it basically is, and can be called through portals by utilizing the Mark of the Demon. Keigoku will cause extreme pain to the opponent's mind, and even completely render it useless (aka, LOBOTOMY SWAG).
2.) A Nekura utilizes Keigoku and uses it in battle. They summon Keigoku through portals that they open with the Mark of the Demon. They practically draw the foul chakra from the moon, to the earth through the portal. So if a portal is opened here on Earth, another portal is opened on the dark side of the moon. Then it is basically manipulated or utilized by the Nekura. It can transverse through physical objects depending on the rank of the Nekura. Used against opponents, their brain or mental state will be affected as mentioned before and if summonings of the opponent are touched by it, they turn against their master. Bijuu also won't attack Nekura members as they "feel" as though they are part of them, or related in some way. It also rejects "foreign" chakra, meaning Nekura can't be affected by Genjutsu because that is basically the opponent's chakra trying to affect your brain and what not. Curse marks and Sage Mode are considered foreign chakra, so nekura can't possess that. Healing also takes longer than a normal person. All effects of the Keigoku.
3.) The Mark of the Demon basically acts as a medium between the Nekura and the moon, allowing the Nekura to utilize the Mark of the Demon to call forth/summon Keigoku from the moon by opening portals. So it's pretty important in terms of it being used to open the portals.
4.) Passive abilities. First would perhaps be the Nekura's "immunity" to Genjutsu. Now, it isn't immunity >_> Basically, as stated before, the Keigoku will reject any "foreign" chakra. Now as Genjutsu is the opponent's chakra attempting to enter your brain, in order to cause illusions, due to this, a Nekura can't be put under a Genjutsu. Inside battle or after, it's passive as it is always there. Another passive ability would be Bijuu not harming Nekura because of their false belief that Nekura are their friends (nope ._.). I also remember LoK mentioning that Jyuuken and some Fuuin also don't harm us (injection of foreign chakra etc). The opening of portals can also be called passive, as it doesn't require a jutsu, but to "summon" Keigoku does, so opening portals is useless without manipulating Keigoku. Though it can be useful (thinking about dark Convergence :3)
5.) Hm, let me see. I don't really have much to say here, although there is quite a lot of information about the Nekura that I do know, but I am here to learn more than that. So I will let the expert speak (you xD). Now, I think I understand the concept pretty well, but I have a question.

1) That's fine; I forget his name all the time, too. It's Anshoku, in case it'll drive you nuts until you find out. But yes, in all essence, it's the Juubi's chakra from the moon which causes pain to one's mind. It also turns summonings against their masters and "phases" through objects, which you get to later. Additionally, at Black Knight rank it allows the user to forget about injuries they have, as if the pain doesn't even exist (you'll learn more if you reach said rank).
2) I was looking for "portal", which you gave me. As it's somewhat difficult to word that question correctly, I would also have accepted "We use it to harm the mind" as well, which you also gave me (the summoning's part is also alright, I suppose). Now, "It can transverse through physical objects depending on the rank of the Nekura." is more of a "What it does" answer, and so is your comment about the Summoning Animals to a degree, so it should have fallen under question 1. The Bijuu and foreign chakra parts of your answer here should have fallen under question 4. I was mostly looking for how we got our Keigoku (do we mold Physical and Spiritual energy? Do we add or substitute energies to create something new? Or do we create portals to draw it from somewhere else, which is the correct answer).
3) The Mark of the Demon acts like a seal which connects our chakra to the Juubi's chakra (Keigoku) on the moon. Think of a Jinchuriki seal: it holds the Bijuu within the Jinchuriki, and allows the Jinchuriki to draw on their chakra to empower them. The Mark of the Demon allows us to create portals, as you said, and draw the chakra through the portals, as you also said. So basically correct, I just wanted to add the Jink comparison.
4) Never word it like that again. I made an announcement in the group, but I'll say it here as well: Do not say the Nekura are immune to Genjutsu. This ability goes much deeper than this, and I'd prefer if the only time the phrase "We're immune to gen" is used is as an example. (ie. "Our bodies reject foreign chakra. Because of this, we are immune to things like Gentle Fist or Genjutsu.") I can see that you tried to expand upon this, but because of the first words you used in your explanation I decided to bring this up. Yes, Bijuu refuse to harm us, and The Drain is technically passive (after an attack), but once again i don't expect you to know about The Drain at this point. Portals was also another good example, though one thing you didn't bring up that I was hoping you would is our cloaks. All Nekura have a cloak that allows us to block freeform Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and other Bukijutsu (weapon techniques; basically all freeform). It isn't really an "ability", but it's a defense that we have at our disposal without the cost of a move or chakra.
5) Yeah, I read your question before you edited it out. <.< Our power is magnified based upon your rank. A seer's techniques do the damage as labeled, and ranks higher do more damage depending on their rank. The side-effects are also increased by the same amount, and what it can pass through is increased as well, based upon a separate system, though. *Straight from the CC Submission* "All clan jutsu submitted for checking will have the amount of damage that seers cause only written in them. For other ranks, it is as mentioned below." If you have further questions about this, feel free to ask in the group.
Alright, so now's your chance to ask about anything I've said, any other questions that you've come up with, and then I want you to perform all the techniques you've learned thus far. This way, I'll be able to see how you think the technique works, how you would use it in battle, and I'll be able to see what techniques you still have to learn.

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion
-Dean starts off by focusing his chakra to his Mark of the Demon on his hand. He then utilized it to open a portal right before him. With the fireball in place, Dean utilizes his Fire based chakra, and fires a generic Fireball through the portal. As it travels through the portal, Dean would manipulate the Keigoku to form a small sphere inside the Fireball. Hiding within it, and even if the opponent counters the fireball, the sphere of Keigoku would continue onwards. Depending on rank, it determines how far or what obstacles the Keigoku can travel through etc. Once the sphere hits the opponent, it would cause a loss of concentration and a headache. It then stacks, as the more the opponent is hit with it, the greater the consequences.
( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave
-After performing a Keigoku based technique that has missed the opponent, Dean forms three hand seals which causes any existing Keigoku within range (up to Mid range), to be shot towards the opponent in the form of Keigoku needles. A sneak based technique, the needles make no noise as they travel through the air, and when they hit they cause the generic effects that keigoku does. Usually headaches and loss of concentration. The needles will be the same rank as the Keigoku jutsu it was used to re-direct, up to A rank.
( Bakudō no Shichijūkyū: Kuyō Shibari ) - Way of Binding Number Seventy Nine: Nine Sunlight Traps
-Dean forms four hand seals, which causes eight portals to emerge all around the opponent, a meter away. Then by utilizing the Keigoku, Dean would cause Keigoku to flow out of these portals, then form into rope like structures that ensnare the opponent. This immobilizes the opponent, and a ninth portal then opens right in front of the opponent's chest. This completely binds him, and causes damage (I think 60, although it's written 30, which LoK said was probably a typo), and Keigoku effects like severe headache and loss of concentration.
( Fōsurai ) - Force Lightning
-With great chakra control, Dean molds the Keigoku right before opening a portal before him. Due to this, it creates a pressure behind the portal, and as it opens, it releases a flash of Keigoku to explode outwards. This bright flash momentarily blinds Doujutsu users and sensors. The Keigoku then shoots forwards in the form of a lightning shape, causing pain and temporary incapacitation.
That's all I learned so far o-o

For Way of Binding Number Seventy Nine: Nine Sunlight Traps, the first 8 ropes do 30 damage, and the final rope "finishes" the technique, and the compounding mental strain from the new rope (compounding upon the other 8) does the other 30 damage. Meaning if you can't get the final rope, it'll only do half damage.
Now, the next technique requires that you open portals in the sky, many, many portals. Then, from all of the portals you will draw Keigoku out in small amounts. Use your chakra control to form the Keigoku into the form of rain droplets. Continuously draw these droplets of Keigoku out towards the ground to create an entire field of "rain" which will harm anyone inside (who isn't a Nekura).
Now, use the same method you used before: Explanation, Drawbacks, Strengths, Methods of Usage, and Questions. Here's the technique in case you need a reference:
(Togesuzumebachi no Ame) - Rain of Stinging Wasps

By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.

So it basically weakens the opponent mentally and physically. It also lasts two turns, so that makes it even more difficult to counter. Plus, depending on where you are ranked, this technique can be severely powerful.
Drawbacks:
-The Keigoku also affects allies, so it's not good to use in combo battles. Can be countered with a defense that covers you from attacks that come from the sky. It actually has few drawbacks, because it is a powerful technique, actually thought it would be more suited to be S rank.
Strengths
-No hand seals needed to perform it, which means it can be used quite fast. For such a powerful technique, it's quite the advantage. It lasts for 2 turns, which means you could probably protect yourself in the next turn but then the user could destroy that and the Keigoku would still be falling. So I would count that as a strength. The effects are also quite advantageous.
Methods of Usage
-Best used when the opponent is constricted or occupied with a clone. This technique can change the whole battle, as the opponent would have to work hard to block this, and that gives me the advantage. So basically, best used when you know the opponent will have to change his whole strategy just to not get touched by the Keigoku, then I have some combos to go with it.

You thought it should be an S-rank? Just remember that as an A-rank it does 60 90 damage at your rank (135 at my rank, in case anyone's counting <.<). You'll find that when you use it, the most common defense is to stop it from happening at all.
This last technique that you can learn starts with six handseals. Then, open up five portals around the target on all sides except below. Cause Keigoku to come out of the portals and form a coffin-like box around your target, before causing the final portal to open beneath your target and release the floor of the coffin. In all, the entire process should take as long as it would to pull out a kunai and throw it (not necessarily for the kunai to reach any specific destination). After the coffin is formed, cause the inner walls to form into spears and extend within the coffin, impaling all within.

I finally get time to reply to this .-.
Explanation:
-The technique starts off by forming six hand seals, and cause portals to emerge all around the opponent. From these portals, Keigoku will flow from these portals towards the opponent. The Keigoku itself forms into a box like shape all around the opponent, boxing them in, literally. Coming in contact with the box causes headaches. Once they have been boxed in, spears of Keigoku manifest from the walls, and shoot inwards, impaling the opponent within it. This causes the opponent to take severe mental damage, causing them to be incapacitated for a whole turn.
Drawbacks:
-I imagine the box itself takes a while to complete before it completely boxes the opponent inside it. The bottom also only closes once the rest has been completed, allowing the opponent a small chance of escaping, and the six hand seals are quite a bit. I guess that's pretty much it.
Strengths
-Well, the technique is quite powerful, being able to incapacitate the opponent for a whole turn is basically a win. The technique can also be used up to Long range, so that's a plus. An overall powerful technique in my opinion.
Methods of Usage
-Well, I'd say it is best used when the opponent has no way downwards, or when the opponent is constricted, either physically or during a Genjutsu. It has various uses, and I would really love to try it out in battle, as I know how my opponent would try and counter, then I just prevent them from doing so.

Explanation:
-The technique starts off by forming six hand seals, and cause portals to emerge all around the opponent. From these portals, Keigoku will flow from these portals towards the opponent. The Keigoku itself forms into a box like shape all around the opponent, boxing them in, literally. Coming in contact with the box causes headaches. Once they have been boxed in, spears of Keigoku manifest from the walls, and shoot inwards, impaling the opponent within it. This causes the opponent to take severe mental damage, causing them to be incapacitated for a whole turn.
Drawbacks:
-I imagine the box itself takes a while to complete before it completely boxes the opponent inside it. The bottom also only closes once the rest has been completed, allowing the opponent a small chance of escaping, and the six hand seals are quite a bit. I guess that's pretty much it.
Strengths
-Well, the technique is quite powerful, being able to incapacitate the opponent for a whole turn is basically a win. The technique can also be used up to Long range, so that's a plus. An overall powerful technique in my opinion.

Nice. Now, the Drain. The drain is a passive ability of draining energy from an opponent, after having struck them with Keigoku. This is then sent back to the Nekura, me in this case, and strengthens myself. Or rather my mind. As my mind is strengthened by it, I can basically lie to my body that it is not hurt, proportional to the amount of damage the opponent takes, is how much I can lie to my body that I don't feel. It only works on sentient beings though, and afterwards the Nekura, me, will feel all the damage I DID sustain, plus another 25 points. It's a nice ability, and can be used to handle that last bit of a battle.
That's pretty much what I remember from the trainings I stalked, and the CC submission.

Well, taking the Keigoku, the corrupted chakra back into my body would somehow allow me to overcome the normal barrier of pain, or damage. I believe its basically just using Keigoku on yourself that allows one to do this. Or rather, using the mind shattering abilities of Keigoku on a Nekura itself, would have the opposite effect, and rather strengthen the mind to overcome said barriers. Or at least, that's how I interpret it.

In my opinion, it's much like you said; Keigoku has a natural sapping effect, draining vitality from the opponent as the chakra causes damage. This allows you to steal the vitality of an opponent, in a sense.
This is accomplished by using any Keigoku attack and using the Keigoku left to come back to you, almost as if a honing device. Try it out.

Dean focuses his chakra to the Mark of the Demon, and opens multiple portals around the training field. He would then cause Keigoku to pour from these portals, and hit the opponent. As the opponent is hit by the dark Keigoku, an interesting effect would occur. The Keigoku would then return to Dean, after it has struck the opponent, strengthening him, as the opponent is weakened, mentally.
