So please to begin i would like to pick your brain, please tell me all you know about the Nekura clan, our abilities, and our relationship with the foul dark keigoku chakra please. xd

Well, I know that its from the Juubis chakra that was on the world after it was sealed. And we use the foul chakra called keigoku by summoning it to the battlefield through portals bringing it into our dimension. Hmm, the bijuu believe we are one of them and will not attack us, and there is a technique called the drain that will allow us to steal the keigoku back and gain energy to strengthen us if were injured.

Ok let me put a spin on what LoK told me.

When the SO6P fought the Jyuubi, which was a long time ago in a galaxy far far away, the battle waged on years and years and the foul chakra the Jyuubi exorted was so great that it scarred the earth, so dangerous that it was almost living, hoping to find someone to live off of in exchange for power. It latched itself onto Anshoku, burning the clan's symbol of Demon on his palm, the same very symbol you have on the inside of yours. Trying to get back closer to it's orginial master, it traversed back to the moon, where the Jyuubi was sealed. However that symbol on Anshoku's hand allowed him to summon this chakra through the use of portals, now i know what your thinking, that's all very interesting but when do we get to the killing, soon my friend soon, learning is important apparently.

As for the abilities, I'll going to post a section of them and explain each to ensure you got it.

"The abilities of the Nekura center on the summoning and control of this foul chakra of the Juubi's, that the clan calls "Keigoku".
The chakra is warped from the moon by a clansman opening the dimesional portal, through which the chakra enters the battlefield. This is much like a Summoning jutsu, which brings objects from a different place through dimensions. The portals can be opened anywhere on the battlefield. However, note that they cannot be used for transporting the user, opponent etc. over dimensions. Only Keigoku can transport itself through the portals. The portals are silent and do not actually count as a jutsu, however the release of a Keigoku technique from them is a jutsu; furthermore, it's not as if the portals possess any use outside of transporting Keigoku anyway.

Essentially the main ability of the clan, we access this chakra we called Keigoku through the use of portals we open up. Think of it as a s/t hallway of sorts, one door is open on the moon, where the chakra of the Jyuubi travels through and another portal is open somewhere on the battlefield, in short wherever you choice to open it. We can only send Keigoku through these portals, nothing else. Opening a portal doesn't count as a move but seeing as to merely opening a portal does nothing and doesn't prevent a jutsu from hitting you, you can see it as completely useless unless you channel chakra through it in the form of a jutsu.

The power of the Keigoku, however, is not to directly affect physical objects. The Keigoku is so corrupted, that it causes searing pain to an opponent's mind if they have been touched with the energy. Much like how prolonged exposure to a fire can cause extreme burns, prolonged exposure to high-rank Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state. This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. Should the Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will turn them against its master

The Keigoku doesn't do any physical harm to a foe. Well, that's to say it doesn't affect the opponent's physical being. The Keigoku is a chakra so foul, so corrupt, that it rots away a foe's conscious and mind. Once contact has been made with a foe, even the slightest of brush against exposed skin, causes great agony upon their brains and mind, taken the concept of mental torture further than genjutsu can take it. Prolonged exposure can cause great damage to their brain, leaving the foe in a comatose like state until they receive training. Because it focuses on the actual conscious and soul of an object, it is able to pass through solid material, such as trees, buildings, waves, etc. However that all depends on the rank and experience of the user. A seer's Keigoku is unable to even pass through a door while the Clan Head on the opposite end of the spectrum can send his keigoku through something as large as a mountain range, depending on the rank of the jutsu used. If the Keigoku touches the mind of a summoning, it causes the mind to go through great pain, not enough to disburse, but enough to corrupt the mind, turning it against it's master, making it a temporary ally as long as it's on the field, depending on the rank of the technique.

Skilled users of Keigoku have been rumored to shift its focus from merely shattering minds to bending them or manipulating them with even direct eye contact initiating a transfer of Keigoku between people. However, this can only be done by extremely high-level Nekura and requires special training from the Clan Head. Similarly, skilled Nekura above a certain rank possess one of the most useful powers. The Drain. Once one of their Keigoku attacks have connected with the opponent, istead of letting their Keigoku dissipate, the Nekura bring the Keigoku back to them and pour the stolen strength from the opponent's mind into theirs. This firms up their mind, and even if they have injuries makes their mind pretend it isn't there and force the body to function as it normall would. Since this isn't really a cure, after the battle the Nekura will feel their injuries again plus an extra 25 damage points due to the strain of forcing their body. As many damage points as the opponent is hit with, that many damage points the user may force their mind to believe it isn't affecting their body.


Two of the strongest techniques of the clan, the Evil Eye transfers Keigoku directly to the face of the foe, causing intense pain near instantly. The Drain does exactly what the name says, drains the target of chakra and brings it back to themselves, powering them more and allows you to fight longer despite injuries you might have sustained. Of course, these jutsus are advanced and only the Cla Council and up can learn the Evil Eye and Possibly Black Knight and higher for The Drain, I'm not sure atm.

Another side-effect of wielding the Keigoku is that any Bijuu, whether incompletely or fully transformed, believe the Nekura to be one of "them" since the Nekura wield the same chakra that the Bijuu were made of - just not in the same amounts. The Bijuu therefore refuse to attack the Nekura. Each Nekura is given a cloak strong enough to keep out normal weapons strikes. An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body, and stop it instantly. This means that medical ninjutsu have to force harder to overcome the natural resistance, making Nekura extremely hard to heal, roughly three times that of a normal patient.

Due to the Jyuubi's chakra, the Keigoku, always surging through off, it makes it impossible to inject any form of foreign chakra inside of us, including Sage Mode, Curse Marks, Genjutsu, Jyuken, Kiyoshi and other techniques/abilities that might inject chakra in you (however attacks that use chakra as brute strength still work). It is due to this same chakra that Bijuu are unwilling to attack us, even in their incomplete forms. They associate our chakra with that of the Jyuubi, believeing us to be one of them. The Jinchuriki can attack us but his Bijuu will be unwilling. However, we can be healed after battles, once our body is worned down and defenses are lowered. They'll have to work 3 times as hard, likely using higher ranked jutsus to heal small wounds. Luckily, we have a very special cloak, that blocks most weapon strikes, including kunais and shuriken.


Now then. Every Nekura has a different method, so you'll have to work out what yours is.
Mine was insanity, laughter, fury, a need to kill the innocent...

Tetsuo begins trying to harness his evil thoughts and emotions and focuses them on his seal while keeping his anger growing inside of him to the point where he tries to focus it on a focal point in the environment. He has a doorway in mind in front of him that will transport his hate and anger into this world, and through focusing a portal opens and keigoku flows through it..

After the portal opens Tetsuo begins maintaining his evil thoughts despite being overjoyed to see the portal appear. He continues channeling his chakra to manipulate a small stream of keigoku through the portal and unto the battlefield.

Good..now, use shape manipulation and turn it into a small sphere that you will forward, aiming it at that poor autistic person ahead.

Harnessing his hatred for Broly, Tetsuo channels more chakra into the Keigoku allowing it to take form and shape into a small compact sphere of keigoku. After making it into a small sphere he manipulates it to move forward hitting Broly in the face

Now that you know how to release Keigoku comes the best part of this attack: Hiding it within another jutsu. Release a fireball and open a portal as you do so, and release the fire with a burst of Keigoku inside it, hidden.

Tetsuo makes two handseals and exhales a large meteor size fireball from his mouth aimed at Brolys unconscious body and right after i exhale it I manifest my evil energy to open a portal allowing myself to manipulate keigoku to flow outwards from the portal and into the fireball hiding it within the fire.

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion

Description:
Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.

Now, that you've performed it, analyze it for me. ^^ Drawbacks, benefits, and any questions you have.

Alright so far the drawbacks I can see are not many but the cost of your chakra, but as far as benefits I see many possibilities such as hiding keigoku in techniques to surprise your enemy, and then the continuous ability to chain on moye keigoku to make them lose focus even more.

And a question, it says from the sky, but what if you open a portal from the sky then use a wind technique from the sky as well?

In regards to your question, just try to avoid the portal with your techniques, as the portal will likely block them from reaching the ground.
Also another benefit would be the fact that for example if you used fire and the opponent used water the attacks would collide but depending on the size of the water the Keigoku could continue on bypassing the water and hitting the opponent.

Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.

Tell me everything you can ascertain from this technique.

You basically use the other Keigoku you used before hand as a source for the needles. Id say the evil intent that was within the previous keigoku (which would be the level of headaches etc) would be combined with your chakra int he needles to amplify if need be.

This is good if you want to take your opponent by surprise. Especially if they countered your technique once, and they let their guard down momentarily. Or lets say it attacks them from another direction such as a blindspot.

Yep bro, that's the gist of it, unassuming and exceptionally useful.
And yes the mild headaches add on to the techniques previous damage.

( Fōsurai ) - Force Lightning

Description: The user, by using expert chakra control, moulds their Keigoku chakra before opening the portal. Through this method, the user creates a "pressure" of chakra behind the closed portal. Then, the user will open the portal within short range of themselves suddenly, letting the foul chakra explode out into the jutsu. The sudden appearance of such pressurized chakra creates a "flash" of chakra bright enough to momentarily blind dojutsu users and sensors (only if their dojutsu/sensor techniques are active). The Keigoku then shoots forward at the target shaped like lightning, causing pain and temporary incapacitation for one turn
Note: The "sensory/dojutsu blinding" effect lasts long enough for the lightning bolt to travel to mid-range and lasts only during said turn.
