Lion and Tiger as the largest cats of their species. It's hard to tell which one is larger than the other. It depends on where each one comes from. To take a tiger from India and a lion from Africa, yet it's hard to tell which one is larger than the other.
So here to discuss two Zoan fruits that never made an appearance yet, and we wonder has Oda planned/saved these two Zoan for next arcs? Why such fan/reader thought of this kind of Zoan?
The answer is, judging from Luffy's battle against Leopard type. It was a fight to the death. That battle was one of its kind as a hand-to-hand battle. Fighting like true warriors.
There is a big chance to expect these two Zoan to make an appearance in an arc, assume to be related to Kaidou or these two Zoan or one of them might be obtained by a Marine or two.
Can you imagine StrawHats to experience battle against these two Zoan? Of course, only two guys of the Monster Trio will have a chance to fight a lion and tiger. All the bets on Luffy and Zoro... but who knows? Oda might have what we will never expect.
Lion been titled as "King of Jungle" and "King of Beasts", and you wonder. Is by any chance Kaidou has lion fruit?
Do you know that Zoro has attacks their names include "tiger"?

Santoryuu: Ul-Tora Gari (Extreme Tiger Hunt) This attack first time been used against the dragon in Punk-Hazard.
Although the word Lion been used to name his most famous yet powerful attack in one-sword-style, Shishi Sonson (Lion's Song).
One thing common between Luffy and lion is that both are considered as kings. Luffy as the future Pirate King, and lion as king of jungle and king of beasts. Kaidou is titled as a beast and have an army of Zoan users. A battle between Luffy and Kaidou who will be the king.

Because Lion and Tiger hardly to guess who is stronger than the other, it represent the same situation between Luffy and Zoro who non of them defeated the other.
Assuming the Tiger fruit user is 2nd in command after Kaidou or something like most trusted comrade for Kaidou. Whoever is, he is very slightly close to Kaidou's strength and loyal.
It's hard to imagine lion and tiger fruits both or one of them been obtained by Marines, because personally it fits for Pirates hoping for a chance Lufy and Zoro experiencing them in conflict all for the sake of One Piece all the way.
However, in the end these two Zoan of Neko-Neko no mi must make an appearance. Whether by Marines or Pirates. We hope Oda brings them and put them in good action.
