Kishimoto proved that he can't write a good story even if it slapped him in the face, multiple times.

That's not completely true.
He was able to write good stories before the war-arc, look especially at Itachi, Jiraiya and the Ame-orphans.
But yeah, Kishimoto lost his mind after the kage summit.

Tbh that wasn't even Kishimoto. His first editor left after the Itachi battle.

Whose to say they didn't plan out long beforehand? I mean the Rinnegan was still being shown during the first Akatsuki release when they were all grouped together. You could tell post-Pain Arc that the series had fell in quality, and that was how far Kishimoto and his first editor sketched when it came to the overall plot.

Not 100%.

Kishimoto's own story is worked on by other people too. I mean essentially Sasuke isn't even his own creation, but the idea of his original editor whom left after the Itachi fight. They were the one's who wanted Kishi to start a Chunin Exam right after the Wave Arc too lol

I actually really agree with this post and it would make a ton of sense.

Leaving Neji and Hinata to shape and change the Hyuga would have been a smart move as well as giving depth to some of their goals.
