I went to look for it in chapters 193-195 and couldn't find a lick of it. ****ing hate Anime's man.

Yeah, it only appeared in the anime IIRC. In the manga, Neji sticks to the 64 palms.

Yes, it was a filler part of his fight with Kidoumaru I believe...when the massive army of spiders (not spider riders...haha Battle for Middle Earth II) were comming from all sides.
