Neji was not right about Destiny. Kishi's/manga message to readers

Hello guys, I would like to finally decipher mysterious message of this manga about Destiny. I know most of people will disagree and keep dening what I will type, but it is your choice. Many people don't understand what Neji mean and What Naruto tried to explain, that why Here I go so please bare with me.

Neji denied Naruto's chance of becoming Hokage and stated that talent is decided at your birth like everything else.

Now to summary:


Neji's belief about Destiny: Your destiny is set from the birth. It is not just the end of your life but also whole's life has absolute path set for you to go and you CAN NOT CHANGE/SHAPE IT NO MATTER WHAT.

Part 1 Naruto: You can be born as looser and underdog but by your hardwork everything is possible and you can shape your destiny. You can reach every dream you have with enough belief and hardwork put. Everyone is equal(some people can read it like that)

Explanation: This is tricky because Naruto is shown as Fourth Hokage son. It is shown through whole manga that new Kage always became close relatives to Kage. Kishi also has shown that these with special heritage/talent are awalys at top and they are better then other without special heritage no matter how much hardowork they input. This is tricky because most of people seem to act hurt because Kishi destroyed this theme of Naruto. I will try to clear and explain.

Part 2 Naruto: Everyone has purpouse and something in which he can be great or even best. You may be born with great heritage/talent but it doesn't imply automatic victory or being the strongest. Everyone is needed: villagers, Feudal Lords, Shinobi. This is where most of people fail: Sakura is useless and weak. No the medic shinobi are as much need as combat shinobi who fight at first line. Destiny can be shapped and hardwork is very important to shape it.


FINAL CONCLUSION: I believe Kishimoto wants all his readers to understand that EVERYONE HAS TALENT, but TALENTS CAN BE DIFFERENT, just take a look at each other, we don't look alike well all of us at least. Another important point is that EVERYONE IS NEEDED as everyone has purpouse to fulfill so we can live. Policeman, Life guard, Post man etc. everyone is needed. Importance of someone's job/function depend from our point of view, it is also not absolute. We DON'T HAVE EQUAL TALENTS/ SKILLS, but everyone has talent and should work hard to reach his best to shape destiny. Special heritage sure helps and give better start but notice that most of geniuses are lazy and lack of will to act and push themselves to their limit. Someone can say that WILL TO NOT GIVE UP AND WORK HARD is ALSO TALENT/GIFT so they can be better then geniuses who waste their potential. Of course not everyone can be the most important/rich etc., but we should use all our potential so we will reach our top which we never know when our limit is.

Prime example: Neji and Lee, Neji was convinced that he can own every looser so he doesn't need to train hard, just keep his form so he won't get worse. Neji may had great talent but he didn't push himself to develop his talent while Lee worked very hard convinced that he is looser and weak so he keep pushing himself out of his limits, that why Lee could surprass Neji. Even Sakumo Hatake admited that Gai could be better then Kakashi, because as genius you have no reason to work hard or push yourself because you the best, while not gifted one will do everything in his power to change himself/herself.

Neji was right because naruto was destined to be powerful (kyuubi jinchuriki, uzumaki, special chakra from kushina and son of the forth)

Naruto was right because the powers he was given or inherited would have not made a difference if he didn't work hard.

It's like a coin. It depends on which side you want to pick, Naruto's or Neji's.

Yes, destiny inverse is not set in stone, but what kishi has done with the whole Ashura, child of prophecy thing with Naruto, is thrown that partly out the window, although Naruto still has to work hard to achieve those goals.

only that these with talent are destined to greater stuff, but it is never set in stone that they will reach it and in most of cases they fail due to being lazy cause hardworkers to reach even more then them. Of course it is only because they waste their potential.

Exactly until we die we will never know what was our limit. It is just more of hardwork required for us to get on same level of skill as other which make us think we can not or we are at our limit. Noone has same talent, but everyone is talented.

When you pick activity where you lack talent and try to rival with Taleneted/skilled one then you need to put much more hardwork to reach same status.

Yeah he was destined to be great but if he know it then he would be lazy or overconfident and would never push himself to limits so he would change original destiny and become weak or average.

Yeah, but in the end it has no impact as everything Naruto has was reached through hard work and lucky set of events/meeting teachers etc.
