Neji was killed by juubi's, Obito's and Madara' wood tech. This makes him a fodder? Yes. Compared to Juubi, Obito, Madara; Neji is a fodder.

No, because he is the main character, and his reaction time is better than Neji's. He could have easily dodged it. Neji was foolish, that's all. His death was pathetic and meaningless, just like his character.

This is a bad match up for Zabuza here, his whole attack style is assassination. But, when fighting a sensor or Hyuuga clan member his element of surprise is gone. And, what makes this even worse is that he is fighting a very competent Hyuuga Clan member. And, someone correct me If I am wrong but. .

Didn't Neji break out of Kisame's water Prison? I believe that would be the only way Zabuza could attain victory, through the water prison. But, I have my doubts on that working and him getting into close range without getting his chakra sealed.

Water clones would also be easily seen through.. Neji, low diff.

Neji would probably take this.

Hidden Mist Jutsu won't matter much against Neji cause of his Byakugan and Neji is atleast as fast as Zabuza (If not faster ). All Neji has to do is hit Zabuza with his 64 palms and that shouldn't be much of a problem since Zabuza is a close range fighter.

Anyway, me and ShaneEyy have already discussed this before and both of us have come to the conclusion that Neji would win due to the reasons caterpillar stated above. Zabuza's techniques are all countered by Neji's byakugan and his gentle fist style. As a close combat fighter, Neji's speed and taijutsu combined would overwhelm the more subtle and silent assassination style that Zabuza generally uses even with his proficiency in Kenjutsu.

Its all about match ups, and Neji just so happens to be a bad match up.

Its because he's a bad match up:

*Mist no jutsu + sillent killing (zabuza's strongest combo) : tthis is nullifyed by byakugan

*Water techniques like dragon can be avoided with rotation, also water clones can be done with fuuton slashes

* Both zabuza and nejii are fast, and in a close combat fight this would be tough, one slash from zabuza and nejii is dead, but nejii has the byakugan on his side and rotation can tank zabuza's sword's slashes.

Nejii high diff because he would have a hard time in close combat with zabuza, but at the end he wins
