I never Said Neji was stronger, and it's true that with Katsuya he gets stomped. unless I give him game feats; then he has mountain break attack

Ranks don't mean anything. Naruto is a Genin and In God Tier.

Show her close range evasion feats, nothing proves that she can dodge like you claim in close. The one time we see her fighting up close she got trashed by some that admitted they were terrible at Taijutsu, and before you bring up her being rusty, she doesn't have any feats that would prove her to be any better. Especially when Neji's much faster, she can't dodge his lightning fast Jyuuken strikes.

Neji's also shown to be a more skilled Taijutsu master than her by feats.

Tsunade has evasive feats. As a medical ninja, they are most vulnerable so she has to br evasive, just like she taught Sakura. And you are assuming that Tsunade stands still and lets Neji attack her? actually neji is a good matchup all of tsunades streangth is just chakra built up in her hand? one hit and neji could block off the chakra flow to the hands. Besides putting anyone that close to neji is tipping the battle in his favor. i say neji wins when their 2 arms lengths apart but tsunade has a chance when their farther away.

I agree with everything, aside from the bold

1) Neji's attacks are far from weak, in this matchup he just happens to be facing someone who doesn't seem to be affected by having her muscles cut

2) Neji is not on Sakura's level, he's pretty far above her :|

OT: Other than that, the fact that Tsunade was able to move freely around after receiving blows like Kabuto cutting her mucles, Susanoo stabbing through her spine, and being pierced by two Susanoo blades at once, leads me to believe that Neji's attacks won't affect her too much.
