Neji vs Sasuke(No MS)

So Sasuke with just the 3 tomoe Sharingan vs Neji.


I say Neji takes this, Sasuke has nothing to counter Gentle Fist.
Kirin isn't an option, Sasuke is never getting the time to prepare that and without his precious Amaterasu I'd say Neji takes this pretty easily.
Sasuke may be faster in a straight line but in close combat he could never match Neji.

How would Sasuke win this? Way back in part one Neji was capable of hitting a person well over 100 times in barely any time at all.
Sasuke has no similar feats at all, rotation would counter any Chidori variation and the Sharingans prediction abilities wouldn't keep up with Neji's speed.
Sasuke who fought Itachi and current Sasuke are just the same other than MS/EMS anyway.
