I think Neji can actually win with high-extreme diff in these conditions. I just wanna see what others think.

-100 chakra strings w/ endless poisoned weapons is canon

Neji has the evasion to keep away from all puppets and the byakugan to keey away all surprise traps along with the fact that he will see the heart as the only weakspot which would end him but im leaning more towards the puppet master in this one because of iron sand

The only problem I see is Neji's stamina. If he had more, he would certainly win but Sasori would probably outlast him here.

Sasori still takes this mid difficulty. Sure senbons and poison gas is useless but iron sand is still lethal. Neji can use rotation to deflect iron sand but Sasori can gather iron sand blocks to stop him from rotating by forcing kinetic friction to slow him down. Like it has been said, Neji doesn't have the stamina to outlast Sasori and reaching Sasori is tough due to being protected by a large number of puppets as well as iron sand.
