The chakra network is directly connected to the cells, as seen when tsunade explained the effects of frs. The new cells replace the old ones. Thus replacing the effected tenketsu.

What? The body is made of cells and so are the tenketsu points. The gentle fist is damaging those cells by deactivating them. If a tiny portion of the Kyuubi's chakra was able to effortlessly reopen it, the enormous chakra stored in the seal can also reopen and heal them.

When Madara bisected Tsunade she lost ~50% of her chakra points, yet she was still perfectly able to mold chakra and use ninjutsu. Some damaged tenketsu points aren't stopping the likes of Sakura/Tsunade/Hashirama, etc.

Cool but yin seal literally has its own hyuga proof chakra lines which give Sakura chakra all over. So even if it doesnt open the points(which is highly unlikely) the seal writing will give her chakra.
