Striking speed =/= foot speed. The likes of part1 Hinata and part1 Naruto were able to land hits on him without breaking a sweat and by feats, part2 Neji hasn't gotten faster.

The fact that she was able to fight against several enemies proves she is fast, agile and she has good reflexes. Focusing on a single foe would be much more easier. Neji's footspeed isn't that impressive and while I agree, under normal conditions it would be hard for Sakura to hit him due to his Byakugan, she can still kill him with her destructive AoE attacks.

Unlike the curse Mark the chakra contained in the yin seal is separate from the body. Much like a jinxhuriki. Both users already showed the ability to open it without handseals or molding chakra. And if it's open it repairs damage done to the body(I.e. the closing of tenketsu)

The only thing that might be speculation is the yin seal acting like the seals used to make jins but your counter argument holds no weight since the yin seal doesn't function like the curse mark.

Yeah because Neji shot gentle fist into his mouth and through the inside of his entire body. So he was dying, if you are dying and your body is shutting down then you will not be channeling chakra. Seal is chakra itself, it will open on command because it has chakra there.

Yin Seal is CC and medical ninjutsu/fuinjutsu giving user regenration and healing with physical prowess boost up.
